What You'll Do
- Engage Warm Leads: Proactively reach out to warm leads provided by our clients through frequent outbound calls (warm calling), email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
- Qualify Prospects: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs, identify pain points, and determine if they are a good fit for our clients' solutions.
- Schedule Meetings: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for our clients' Account Executives.
- Craft Compelling Messages: Develop and send personalized and impactful email sequences to nurture leads and generate interest.
- Maintain CRM Hygiene: Accurately log all sales activities, update lead statuses, and maintain organized records within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Research and Strategize: Research target accounts and industries to identify key decision-makers and tailor your outreach approach.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our clients' sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies, share insights, and continuously improve your approach.
- Meet and Exceed Goals: Strive to consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets.

- Prior Experience (a plus): Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role is a plus, but not required if you demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.
